Eurorail pass selection?

Hi,

3 of us total will be traveling to europe at the end of summer and we are all under 25 years of age. we will be there for 3 weeks (21 days). Flying to England and leaving from Poland. We will be visiting about 6-8 countries total (england, netherlands, france, italy, germany, and poland) and im assuming we will nonetheless stop elsewhere. . We will be travling together at all times. What would be the most economical pass, a budget is of concern.

Thank you for you help!Eurorail pass selection?
You might find this site useful for information on train travel here: http://www.seat61.com/ . It includes links to the various national train websites where you can find schedule and price information. The German site is one of the best for planning schedules throughout Europe: . There is also a lot of advice on how to determine whether a railpass is worth the money for your trip and if so, which one to get. As you've been told, a Global Pass is the way for you to go with as many countries as you plan to visit.

You need to be aware that if you get a pass, there will still be trains that require reservations and may require a supplement. Here in Italy, for example, the fast trains cost 10 euro when you use a pass. However, if you get a pass with limited travel days, consider buying individual tickets and not using the pass in Italy. Individual tickets are cheaper unless you're traveling the equivalent of Venice to Naples or further on a fast train. Note also that the railpass will not be valid in England.Eurorail pass selection?
The Eurail Global Pass is probably the most cost efficient method to travel by train since you are visiting 6-8 countries. You can view your pass options here at http://www.eurail.com/home The Global Pass will allow you to travel in 22 countries over 17 days for $499.00, second class since you are 25 or younger. The Global Pass link is http://www.eurail.com/eurail-passes/eura鈥?/a>

Good luck and have fun!
