Is youth travel on EuroRail unlimited in a specified amount of time or does it have a limit?

I'm thinking about spending a few months in Europe later this year. If I go, EuroRail would be part of my plans. If I do EuroRail Youth for three months, do I get to travel whenever I want in those three months or is there a limit to the amount of days I spend on the train?
