Which is better for a trip around Europe, a Busabout flexi pass or the Eurorail?

I'm headed to Europe soonish, and i'm unsure how to travel around. Any suggestions or criticisms about either of the two means of transportation?Which is better for a trip around Europe, a Busabout flexi pass or the Eurorail?
I've never heard of Busabout but I did use the Eurail pass for a great deal of my travels in most of western Europe. I have traveled by bus though so I can make a good comparison.

Trains: travel by train is extremely fast, efficient, and punctual. Every town is connected to the train system at least in some way and most have a stop on the ICE. The ICE travels close to 150mph and makes travel very quick giving you more time for fun stuff. The trains are very clean and comfortable.

Bus: Ya, they can get you anywhere you want to go, but they aren't very fast. They tend to be crowded and noisy, and aren't very comfortable. Traveling by bus also makes you suseptable to a little known German woe... the Stau. It basically means stop because thats what it is. Germans don't feel the need to keep traffic flowing and will close down a highway completely for HOURS for an accident or something. It is so common that many germans care grills in their cars for the occasion. The longest I have been stuck is 4hrs of complete stand still while some idiot in a fast car was peeled of the road.

So... my vote is on the Eurail. It is one of the best ways to see Europe.
