About The Lightning Thief Movie?

Weren't you a little annoyed that it was so...butchered? Or whatever you wanna call it...



Like, in the book, there was no big fight between Luke and Percy.



The cabins were in a certain formation in the book and I was super surprised they didnt have that in the movie.



I imagined Annabeth as being hotter...lol...



I think this was the one where he went to the St. Louis arch. But it didn't happen in the movie.





Ares wasn't there, and all the parts that have to do with him in the movie. Which was PRETTY IMPORTANT STUFF in the book, cause when Ares tricked them into going into the trap, then he gave Percy a backpack and the Lightning was in there...



Dionysus wasn't even the camp leader, like in the book! Whaaaaaaaat???!!!??!?!?!?



And Clarisse wasn't in the movie either! She was a pretty major character in the book.

AND percy didnt get put in the Hermes cabin at first because in the book they didn't even know what god was his father!



If you ask me, this is a pretty significant change.

I just hope they don't ruin it as much in the second movie cause then I might just give up on watching them. The books are great though.About The Lightning Thief Movie?
