Green sauce served at a Brazilian Steakhouse?

What is the name of the green sauce served at Brazilian steakhouses? It is commonly drizzled on top of the meat. It looks to be oil based... Also, how is it made? or a vague ingredient list...Green sauce served at a Brazilian Steakhouse?
CHIMICHURRI SALSA VERDE

1/2 cup chopped white onion

3/4 cup parsley leaves

1/3 cup cilantro leaves

1 tablespoon dried oregano

2 teaspoons minced garlic

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

2 tablespoons red wine vinegar

1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil

In bowl of a food processor, combine onion, parsley, cilantro, oregano, garlic, salt, pepper, vinegar and oil. Pulse until mixture is a rough pur茅e. Store in refrigerator until needed; stir before using if salsa has separated.
Could be Salsa Verde, which translates to "Green Sauce". Here's a link below for a recipe for Pan-Fried Steaks with Salsa Verde and Ancho Chili Sauce and an actual recipe for Salsa Verde from Bon Appetit magazine:

Salsa Verde

(Bon App茅tit ~ March 2003)

Bright and fresh, this pretty green sauce is also fantastic over broiled salmon, steaks, or scrambled eggs.

2 large fresh Anaheim chilies*

1/2 pound tomatillos,** husked, rinsed, diced

1 1/2 cups low-salt chicken broth

2 large green onions, chopped

1 large serrano chili, stemmed, seeded

1 large garlic clove

1/4 cup (firmly packed) fresh cilantro leaves

1 tablespoon whipping cream

1 tablespoon fresh lime juice (optional)

Char Anaheim chilies directly over gas flame or in broiler until blackened on all sides. Enclose in paper bag; let stand 10 minutes. Peel, seed, and chop chilies.

Combine tomatillos, broth, green onions, serrano chili, and garlic in medium saucepan; bring to boil over medium-high heat. Reduce heat to medium-low; simmer until mixture is reduced to 1 2/3 cups, stirring occasionally, about 18 minutes. Transfer mixture to blender. Add Anaheim chilies, cilantro, and cream. Puree until smooth. Season salsa with salt and pepper. Add lime juice, if desired.

Makes about 2 cups.

(Can be made 1 day ahead. Transfer to small bowl or jar; cover and chill. Rewarm before serving.)

*Also known as California chilies; available at Latin American markets and many supermarkets.
