How did you like the St. Louis Arch?

The museum under the Arch is really cool, it's all about the westward expansion. The ride up the Arch is okay, I hate those tiny cars you have to ride in, I'm not big on the height thing either up that high, but you can ride back down whenever you want to. The view from up there is fantastic, you can see literally for miles on a good day. Everyone should do that at least once.How did you like the St. Louis Arch?
I like it! I even went up in it as a kid. Good view. ;-)
it was preatty cool when i went up there was a ball park that isn't there anymore that was like 7 years ago the ride up sucked and the video was very boring tooHow did you like the St. Louis Arch?

It is ok, nothing too thrilling.
Traveling up the Arch was the ultimate in claustrophobic experiences, but I enjoyed it anyway. It scared the bejeebers out of me, though. You get into an oversized oil can which "adjusts" every so often so that you're not rolling around in it. The first time it "clicked" to adjust, I wanted out. I went to St. Louis on a trip and I loved traveling up the arch. I am a big guy and I disn't find the cars to be cramped. It is truely a once-in-a-lifetime experience I would not miss it.
