I need some vacation ideas (from Kansas to South Carolina)?

Im taking a family vacation from Kansas to South Carolina and want some suggestions of places to see %26amp; explore along the way. Preferably not far from the interstate. So far some places we have chosen are, the St Louis Arch, Graceland, Fort Sumter and patriots point. Any other ideas would be greatI need some vacation ideas (from Kansas to South Carolina)?
missori's arch is cool, i live here in north carolina but ive been in many states. north carolina is okay. oh! Boone North Carolina is lovely! great mountains. and there is a place called mystery hill. its awesome. wen ur inside this one room its has this weird gravitational force so if u jump straight in air u move forward. its super cool. you would love it.

I go to Myrtle Beach a lot. When you stop, if you are, at Myrtle beach, They have a ton of cool stuff. My favorite shopping places there are boardwalk on the beach and barefoot landing. Also, there are a ton of really fun and cool putt-putt places! and tons of restaurants too.
