Have you been in the St. Louis Arch?

I'm always amazed at how many people don't know what the St. Louis Arch is! It's the freakin "Gateway to the West"! If you don't know what I'm talking about, look it up....it's a national monument!Have you been in the St. Louis Arch?
I have... It was about 35 years ago... family vacation. I remember riding the elevator to the top.. can one still do that today?

Whle in St. Louis.. we also toured the Budwiser Brewery. That was really something to see... I remember my daddy enjoying the beer samples and I thought he didn't even drink...LOL... but I was only about 10 yrs old way back then!!



St. Louis is a great place to visit.
Not sure I have ever met any one living in the USA even remotely knowledgeable that was not aware of the “Gateway Arch”. Anyone that watch’s baseball and football will have seen it high lighted during various games. If nothing else.



However sure your right.



Nice to have both elevators running again. And certainly inspiring to see it at night with the lights on and reflecting off of it.Have you been in the St. Louis Arch?

Yes I have been there. Last year actually. It was the only exciting thing in that town! It was great to take the tour and learn how it was built. Very cool.
