I was treated very badly by the manager of a restaurant called Chama Gaucha. It is a pretty upscale Brazilian steakhouse in Chicago and San Antonio. I went onto their website and sent a message regarding the issue to the corporate office. Has anyone ever done this? Do they reply? Do they send you some kind of coupon or apology? If you send a message to the corporate office of a restaurant will they reply?
I've emailed corporates before and they have got back to me with a personal reply so out of courtesy they should do. Especially if you have emailed them regarding the poor service you received in one of their establishments. If they have a ounce of credibility and truly care about their customers, they should reply to you along the lines that they will investigate the incident and report back to you of their findings. I would be also tempted to write/email the specific restaurant explaining your displeasure at their level of customer service to see what they have to say for themselves. If you send a message to the corporate office of a restaurant will they reply?
I did about the cleanliness of the local Longhorn. Not only did someone reply, I got $50 gift card for my troubles.
